Mission & Resolutions
NCJW’s faith in the future and belief in action are reflected in its mission statement:
The National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) is a grassroots organization of volunteers and advocates who turn progressive ideals into action. Inspired by Jewish values, NCJW strives for social justice by improving the quality of life for women, children, and families and by safeguarding individual rights and freedoms.

The SE Atlantic Section, with over 1600 advocates, makes an impact through an integrated program of education, community service and social action. We offer our members personal growth, volunteer opportunities, education, recreation and special events. There's sure to be a program or event to catch your interest and spur your involvement.

The National Council of Jewish Women is an organization of like-minded women and their supporters. We are more than 210,000 women advocates strong in 50 states, and also have a strong presence in Israel.

Locally, we are the SE Atlantic Section, based in the Boca/ Delray/ Boynton Beach area.  We don't have a physical site because we dedicate our funds to helping others. We have events and meetings in various venues that are easy to travel to.  Our general meetings are always on topics of current interest.

Our members live in many communities in the southern Palm Beach County area, including Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Coconut Creek, Parkland, Coral Springs, Lighthouse Point, Highland Beach. and other surrounding areas. There are no geographical restrictions!  We have members who pay dues annually, and many life members, and we encourage members of other sections to join us while they are here for the wintertime.
